Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and a clear description of the damage. Damages during shipping are not covered.

Incorrect Orders

Report issues within 24 hours of receipt with photographic proof. If it's our error, we’ll replace it. If it's yours, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping Handling Issues

We’re not liable for DPD delays, but if your loaf arrives inedible due to delay, we may offer a replacement. Extra shipping costs apply. For missing parcels marked delivered, file a claim with DPD.

Refund or Replacement

Email us at [email protected]. Our team will investigate and respond within 72 hours. Approval is based on claim specifics and evidence.

No Refunds or Replacements For:

• Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
• Products that are partially or fully consumed
• Fraudulent or misleading claims

Delivery charges range from £4.99 to £6.99 depending on product and location. Orders ship via DPD, targeting next-day delivery by noon to 1pm (location dependent).

Free delivery on orders over £55.

If you’re not home and no instructions were provided, DPD may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a nearby pickup point.
